Are turn meter reduction teams any good for rancor raids? I'm looking into building up a better team for rancor raids and just want to know if I should bother with this team setup. And if it does which characters are best to use?

my "Raid " team atm consist of (L) Ventress , Thrawn , Erza, Jyn, and BB8 currently working on figuring out why the Rancor can 'resist' Jyn turn meter reduction when ..it says 'remove full turn meter' that tells me aways happens ....yet there is some instances it does not remove.
