Is tee bow better at G10

You need to luck out and get the primary potency mod on the cross, that's +24 by itself. Then I put 4 potency mods on my teebo, a speed arrow, and 3 other potency mods with secondary speed stats. Not the +15-20 range, but having 5 or 6 speed here and there helps along with the +30 on the arrow.

I just got my Teebo to G10, and the scanner put him at 81.14%.
