Am i right that if he takes shock from a sith ally he wont get any buffs when hes hit? Would make him pretty useless agains Palp/ Dooku Squads. Will shock also prevent him from losing all debuffs on ...

Lasts 1 turn or until he is critically hit. If he's being attacked, he'll b crit right away...until u face a Nihilus-led sith team down the road that never crits.
Shock should just be removed along w/ anything else when he is critted. It all depends on when Shock's effect comes in the play order.
Assume shock would b dispelled prior to checking 4 it's effect,
