Issue Upgrading Zaalbar

I upgraded Zaalbar to level 3 relic but now it’s telling me I need to have gear level xiii to upgrade it more. But I’m already at relic 3 so I’m at the xiii gear level already. Anyone else have that issue?

Didn't anything come up when you did a search? This issue is being repeatedly reported at the moment.
The issue isn't his gear level, but his star level. The message you're getting has been reported and will probably get changed. He needs to be 6 stars to take to Relic 4, then 7 stars to take to Relic 5.
