Issue with CUP LSB

Hi, I tried to buy the CUP LSB several times on April the 1st when it was active. Unfortunately, I ran into errors, and I didn't know the "get help" ingame couldn't help with... basically anything. After 10 days of back and forth with them they just closed the ticket and said "we'll pass it on to the team" -- but that doesn't help me because now I'm out the CUP LSB. 

Every time I tried to buy it, it errored out and I couldn't buy it. Eventually during the day the packs just straight up disappeared, but everyone in my guild alliance could still see + buy them.

Completely unrelated but in the following days I couldn't buy the episode pass either and it came up with an error saying I was at my purchase limit.
