The idea that a salvage piece that people once had thousands of has become such a big gear crunch for so many players is ridiculous. Has CG ever answered a question about them specifically in any Q&A...

I have 800 salvage and I still feel like I don’t have enough
There was a time I had less than a 100 and kept buying it from Guild Store using my raid tokens until I had 500 fyi
Like others I am in hoard mode so I have a lot on the surface but I have plenty of toons I stopped working on because they require 2 gold balls on their current tier and I know if they do another series of marquee I’ll be out faster than I can blink
