It's been years, can we please fix the "Most Recent" in the forum?

This happens several times a month. Can you please make it so most recent posts actually show up on the outer landing page of the forum? Just changing the title, doesn't help if the first "Announcement" is still discussing an update that was released over a week ago. Please, please please. This happens for game updates, announcements and developer updates. It shouldn't be this hard.
