Same for a lot of people for 3 weeks. They don't give af.

This is ridiculous

The help desk basically closed out my ticket and asked me to take a survey on how they did.

I know it's frustrating - I have guild mates that have the same problem and one of them is ready to quit over this - but they do care and they are working on a fix.

And don't just close a ticket opened at help.ea.com without any comment !
