^^^ This. As long as 3 FO ships are in the squad you get the feat. I found chimaera lead, tie bomber, XB, HT front line with EP shuttle as first reinforcement did the trick

used exec and BH, and managed to get to DS before Holdo did her thing. Got 3 FO out on the field after I had breach locked.
