As someone said above JE does no or nearly no damage in an arena match. If you take away his speed boost for droids he would be completely useless. He's a character who is complete utility. Paired with B2 and you have 2 of 5 toons that do negligible damage. If you can't beat them you need to work on your team. Neither needs any work done.
