JC Heal Glitch
Any official news or agnologment that JC's cooldown on his heal is glitched? I have it leveled to double discount but it seems to only apply periodically. It'll sometimes read the correct 3 and others it's 4.

- Bah! Looks like its a cooldown glitch in general. My Chewie is leveled for a double CD on the taunt and it also reads as the correct 3 at times and 4 at others. I'm guessing other characters with CD discounts all experience the same issue.
- Yep, Phasma's team buff is confirmed as well as others. EA and CG would rather push out events to get your $ than fix core gameplay errors.
