I think this is the best list...although I will say that Mace's ship makes him more than useful to farm/gear. His "ground" kit could use a rework though.
Plo's ship, from what I understand, is also very good.
Jedi Consular's ship is another integral ship.
The only truly useless Jedi (in all facets of the game) are Kit Fisto and Jedi Guardian. If Potency Up got a rework (works through Tenacity, or removes the innate 15% chance to resist) then Kit would immediately be viable for a range of things.
Jedi Knight Guardian is terribad.
