Jedi Starter Bundle

I got Mace off 350 crystal datapad pull by luck.. My question is that if I get Jedi Starter kit with 4 star Mace inside. Will I get another Mace or he'll be converted into how many shards?? Also, is 70 Jedi Knight Consular the same Jedi Consular that we have as 2 star??
