This should have 100 upvotes by now, there are only 2 ways to do any decent kind of damage so far. Rey and Deathmark, everything else cannot compete in any way shape or form.

ZFinn 100% useless
CLS, lucky if you hit 1.5 million
Zader, 200% useless

They said they wanted the raid to be a puzzle. So far the only puzzle I've seen is, "Why didn't I spend $300 unlocking worthless characters so I can get JTR."

Why don’t you spend less time complaining and whining on the forums and actively search out for teams that actually work.

That's phase 2. I think we're still on phase 1. (talking about phase 1. I know my guild is definitely still in p1)

When you said Raid, I assume you meant the entire raid and not just Phase 1.
At any rate I was replying to the other guy who said Zader was 200% useless.

There are some other creative teams out there such as thermal detonator teams, search around a bit, there probably won’t be any team that’ll do more than RJT, but it’ll be decent enough for 50 people to pull through.
And if your guild is still stuck in P1 after so many days, you should abandon the raid and start at a lower tier. You’re just wasting raid tickets otherwise.

Honestly, I like the raid mechanics. We did a T4 in two days (not great but most of us don't have JTR) and the gameplay was more involved than in the other raids. Phoenix squad was the first faction where the game started to be designed well w.r.t. synergy and this raid gave me the same good feeling.

Holding progress to ransom for P2P toons is just greedy though and I do not appreciate it. We have all put time and sometimes money into this game and no one seems to care unless you're one of the ones spending thousands on it. Sad state of affairs.

I agree with most of your points. But in the end of the day, this is a mobile game. I like MMORPGs. I like theory crafting and finding out the new mechanics and working to beat a raid. I don't like how much time and money they try to push you into in a phone game. I've played nearly since launch. I haven't paid much money, and have been fairly successful. I understand the first few days of a raid is no time to panic. However, it's been two days and we've cleared about 50% of phase 1 because we have few JTRs and no other team seems very successful so far.
Ontop of this we have territory wars and battles and dailies. This deal is getting worse all the time.

Zader is not that useless... If u try to carefully land those debuffs right after nihilus attack u can put a bit of them (not so much xD), then boba, zader with power up from tusken shaman can deal some damage xD
Just practice... I did 1kk yesterday trying zader and 2,5kk today (after a bit of practice xD)

But yes... Its silly that the raid was designed to avoid every team that works in other raids but JTR :S

Just be glad JTR can do some decent damage, otherwise it would have taken your guild even longer to complete the raid.
