I would also think that a JML lead can get through that too.
Lets keep in mind, there are many early videos of great theory crafting on basically every new character that show them OP and unbeatable or junk. Almost every time they have ended up somewhere in between those 2, without changes.
its great to keep an eye on things like this and open up discussions, but no need to over react and start suggesting changes to kits at each turn.
