JML Ultimate Change (Idea) - IT Baseline and Mark Immunity for Jedi on Lead

As the title suggests, move Inherited Teachings to baseline, perhaps add it to Jedi Legacy. This change takes from his lead and allows him to charge his Ultimate in non Lead scenarios. Feels bad that...

Technically? Sure, every time he uses "They Grow Beyond", someone gets Jedi Lessons and slightly charges his Ultimate.

In actual practice, you will never get his Ult activated by only using They Grow Beyond. You can't cast it enough in the 5 minute timer to ever charge the Ult.

You need to use Inherited Teachings to build his Ultimate, and that's only there when JML is in the lead position.
