They’re too incompetent to do the job right, too lazy to test anything to find mistakes and too apathetic to care about the mistakes anyway.  The thing you need to remember is that SWGOH isn’t a game, it’s a revenue stream.  All they need to do is release LSBs and generate a certain amount of cash.  They don’t even have to be good LSBs because there are enough people who have demonstrated their willingness to buy pretty much anything.  EA does not care if the game has problems or players are unhappy as long as there are profits.  The same with Lucasfilm and Disney.
