Hey guys I just finished vet chewy and started vet han so I am pretty sure I will be ready for Rey next time around, at least character wise, but I was wondering what are gear, speed etc requirements ...

Don't bother taking the vets higher than gear eight, gear seven should do it for Han.
As far as the rest goes I had BB-8 at gear 11 (could definitely do it with lower, but he is an awesome character so was on the way to maxing him anyway). Gear 10 Finn and Rey. Rey much faster than Finn as she's the main damage dealer.
