His ship is great. Make sure you attack an enemy with no buffs or debuffs to get target lock on them. And if you fly with more republic ships his heal ability has lower cooldowns, capital ship included. I fly with all the republic ships except Plo Koon (working on it though), including Mace's capital. I can use his heal every turn if needed.
Only thing is he's a little slow. But placing taunt on him is nice cause he can heal himself up. Not as beefy as Fives, but still pretty good.
