Anyone level her up and take her to G11? (Granted, she can only be 4*.) How good is she? Got a video of her in action?

No doubt the video shows a butt-kicking, however its too early to tell if this is OP. One data point is not quite sufficient to draw a conclusive assessment. Now if Obi shares with us this has been typical...
