i think there is a minimum level to enter the event. so if your at least that lvl then its possible

this is not going to be like the k2 event it won't let you 7 star, at most you will be able to unlock both if you are able to beat everything

I'm making fun of the fact that iOS didn't get it, and thus have no idea what level it would have taken to get him for free at 7*.
