Kanan seems bad
Is it just me or does he seem too slow to be useful? Am I missing something or is he just a rock to give everyone retribution?

I'm about to try him in GW with IGD lead. I only have Kanan 4* but I'm intrigued by a taunting tank that will counter every single time he's attacked since his counter will be 105% chance
