Kenobi - S1E3 (Spoilers)

I dont like that Kenobi will presumably get back to full Jedi power in 2-3 days time just in time to confront Vader (Reva will betray Vader and save Ben/Leia) before the season ends. It seems like the trend is to devalue the journey for the destination as it relates to force training. You dont need to work at it whatsoever or train for years, you just need to "unlock" ultimate power. It is in line with the current trend of training given that Rey became like the greatest Jedi ever in around 6 months. Honestly, what would be the point of a Jedi academy ever again in SW? Is that the goal or am I overthinking this?
