One other seemingly minor thing that bugged the crap out of me. The storm troopers on the new planet all had dirty beat up armor. We never saw that in the original trilogy. They always had pristine gleaming armor. In fact, Vader’s personal guard stands out when they show up because they are so pristine. The dirty worn armor was used in Mando to show how far the Empire has fallen. To have it in this series just feels wrong.And now there’s suddenly female storm troopers?? It’s jarring when you make those kinds of changes just for political correctness sake. And can they please, please teach the storm troopers to march in step and in a line…. The OG movies understood that their precision and uniformity are what made them menacing.
