Entirely subjective and based on your own personal strategy/roster. However just because YOU don’t use him, doesn’t mean it’s still not an important ship.
If you don't have Y, or are one of the 6-10 people that have to platoon it out of 50 people in the guild, sure. And that still ignores if it even needs a relic pilot.
It's useful. It's only situationally "very important" and that has nothing to do with my own roster.
