Players with Relic NINE Appo are failing tier 2. Just keep that in mind. CG didn't test it, but even if they did, they used their 16 mil GP test account with a full Relic 12 roster and pressed auto. "Works great, release it!"
People with g11 Appo (me, for instance) completed tier 2 on the 2nd attempt. And I earned 19 Appo shards from tiers 1 and 2 combined.
I’m happy they released it, though I do agree they’ve not planned out the incremental rewards as people unlock the units.
