Krayt...Manual play and RNG...bad?

In the beginning, my guild was playing, but now, we have to push almost half of our guild members just to play the raid now. Most of the members in my guild can’t stand this raid, but it gives better rewards than the others. The worse part is even though I use the same strategy every time I play with my Jabba squad, I can’t seem to keep a consistent score and all my players are between R7-9. But when I go to the level to score 1800000, only one time have I made that score. All other times, I barely hit 1500000. And when I go a level down, my score goes lower somehow using the same players and strategies. My Jawas, I have upgraded to almost all level 12, but keep getting the same scores as I did when I had them at 9 and 10. I love playing everything else in this game, but the new raid system is really bland now.
