Kyber result
Looks like the top 10 players in Kyber division 1 have bunch of Relic 0 toons again. Does that mean if we have bunch of R7 toons we have no chances?

We don't control opponent selection or activity but we do control our roster, strategy and tactics and he has done so well enough to win all 12 matches with full clears and probably all feats, judging by his score.
Also, are you are saying that he is better at GAC because he pulled opponents who allowed him to be better?
in any event I think we have differing opinions of what better means.
He is better at cheesing/manipulating the system allowing him to not face anyone who would be a threat to him / i.e. have chosen to gear up less PVP dominant and oriented characters.
I would define better as being someone who has to face legitimate competition and emerges victorious. I only have to offer what I see in my experience, so this is my opinion, but if I were to try to replicate any of his praised and heralded "theory crafted" squads, I would simply never win a battle. even at R7 I can not take down a full r7 GG team not even sure if I could take down a full G12 team solo. I can use an R7 GAS to take down an R7 NS team, although I likely would lose some protection where he has not. I assume that I could use Wampa, that is if anyone in division 1 that I face would have the guts to place that in more of a team for division 2,3 etc..., and they were not relic'd and did not have Zeta's. Malak yeah, he can solo about anything for full banners, and I'd personally love to see someone set a Cad Bane lead with Mob Enforcer..
So, yes circumstances are a bit different for someone who is fighting at near 8m GP fighting others with that same level of investment. While I do not 100% agree with the OP that if you have r0 you will be in the top, it sure is a lot easier to not fight a GL, not face actual competition that would require banner bleeds, or not being able to complete almost all of the feats day 1. I do not define that as better, maybe focused, but I would not say they are better than any of the other players in the top.
Wonder who would win if they had a face off / final challenge bracket of the top 8 to claim the #1 spot.. Don't think good ol bus would fair too well..
PS I am not faulting him, he is simply gaming the system that is not indicative of legitimate competition.
