Looks like the top 10 players in Kyber division 1 have bunch of Relic 0 toons again. Does that mean if we have bunch of R7 toons we have no chances?

Good Job Bus074!! Others hate what they don't understand. The same game rules apply to everybody; you just understand them better than most. And no one has mentioned what it takes with the other intangibles like modding.
Yes, expansion of Div 1 is long overdue. But that will do nothing to change the rules of the game or Bus074's achievement.
