Kylo Damage Issue

So I'm bringing this back because I just ran in to this during the TW. There was literally only 2 debuffs on Kylo, Stun and Buff Immunity. I understand that he's supposed to get a bonus defense for each debuff, but he should only bonus off the 2 debuffs. So my attacks shouldn't be cut down from 7k to 700.
