He had already been trained under Luke Skywalker. He also killed every other jedi training under Skywalker. His force powers are beyond anything seen in the previous canon movies (able to stop projectiles mid air, where as Vader merely stopped them from damaging him with his palm). He is the only Sith to be able to enter someones mind and draw information out without using a mind trick.

He is anything but weak.

Firstly he is not a Sith, being trained under Luke does not make him strong. Because he stopped a blaster because of updated graphics and mind rape does not make him more powerful. His mind rape was an epic fail vs Rey and would be vs any trained force user.

Kylo was slow and ruggish with a saber and explains how ill trained he was in both the light and dark, his saber from a DIY store say it all.

Kylo didnt have any much dark side training. He was a padawan at best. I would imagine his force abilities would be natural high power being a grandson of the Chosen one.

He was a puppet of Snoke and I would say that like Dooku and like Solo said Snoke is using him. I would except that Snoke will try and replace with Rey like Palpatine did to both Dooku and Vader.

Considering he didnt know how to use his anger and hate in the movie and threw tantrums and made lost of bad desicions.

Correction, you dont know if he killed every one of Lukes students how and when or who with so you cannot use that as a statement I am afraid. Episode 8 & 9 will tell how it happened as nobody in Episode 7 was there when it happened.

Kylo is currently a Padawan Dark Jedi which lacks alot of training and has some serious family issues.

From what I beleive that happened at the Jedi Temple is that Snoke used Kylo as a puppet and ambushed his fellow Jedi from the inside and used the knights of ren to attack from the front.

I beleive that Snoke really wanted Rey (Luke's Daughter) but in the vision you see Kylo impale a guy with a staff. I think he saved Rey and put her on Jakku with the staff and wipped her mind and told Snoke he killed Rey.

I think Luke gave up when he thought his daughter was lost and possibly he lost his wife to Kylo and fear of becoming what Vader became with his hate and his urge for revenge he went into hiding and gave up.

When Kylo used the mind trick on Rey she reversed it on him and I think that is where she got all her knowledge of the force from and unlocked her powers.
