You can tell if a marquee toon is important / needed by the gear requirements. Poe and Finn require a lot of kyrotechs and droid callers - which are also needed for the g12 finishers
It’s designed for spenders to panic gear and make impulsive gear purchases on the day of GL
So Hux must be really bad. He requires zero kyro until his finisher.
Isn't he, now that his anti-UP utility got nerfed?
Dunno, I generally ignore marquis until I can farm them.
