Leader abilities when not in the leader position.

That would be great imo. But maybe have it worded then to act differently when not in the leader position. Using Vader for instance:

"When Darth Vader is not in the lead position this ability grants Darth Vader 30% offense, and a 50% chance to remove 20% turn meter when he damages an enimy. This tm removal cannot be resisted"

That way he still benefits from one of his abilities without him being to op
