Leader vs Unique abilities — blurring the line

Back in the day, the distinction between Leader and Unique abilities was pretty clear. Leader = passive ability that affects enemies and/or allies Examples: Grievous' anti-crit, Phasma's assist ch...

Currently the only difference between leader and unique is ... once the depending char died, his leader ability is still up, but his unique is gone.
