The burden of proof falls on the accuser. Otherwise, I could just as easily say, "Prove you're not a cheater."
Proving a negative is very difficult.
That said, concocting conspiracy theories to explain away your own bad luck, misinterpretations, and frustrations is childish paranoia. And you are leveling accusations against people. Individuals trying to do their job and put out a product they can be proud of.
Products are not made by faceless megacorps. They're made by people. Capital Games' LinkedIn page lists them at 51-200 employees. Yeah, they have higher ups that they answer to, but when you start leveling accusations that they're cheating you in statistically insignificant ways, half the studio can probably point to the single code monkey who would have to pull the trigger on that change, the specific individual you are accusing without any frustration beyond being frustrated at some bad dice rolls.
