At the start of battle if all allies are Imperial Troopers, they are reduced to 1 health and get 150 stacks of Empire's Wrath.
Empire's Wrath: Lose 8 stacks when attacked. Gain 1% Offense, Crit Damage, and Crit Chance per stack.
