The 'mod appreciation' weekend was, I think, a lame attempt to making leveling up a little easier for most of us. But it's a far cry from fair.
The situation EA created made an unfair advantage that they have taken no steps to address.
First step to me is change the current cantina energy conundrum. Options would be:
1. Having mod battles use something other than cantina energy (highly unlikely)
2. Improving the refresh buys crystal price structure on cantina energy
3. Increasing cantina energy recharge time - put it in line with reg energy
Second step is not having 3* mods dropping in T3 with the current egregiously bad drop rates. This is really the most insulting change made after pre-crafting 2.0
