I agree with you that noone cares, except for players on the losing end of it. They should, no?

I disagree with "enough" point though- Great mods on a mediocre team are better than mediocre mods on a great team. It's not having enough mods it's having the right mods which people who had opportunity to get 100 percent drop rate were able to have a higher chance to get unfairly.
