So I benefitted from this. However you missed by far the most important aspect!!!
At the beginning of the mods I had 5.5 million credits saved (because well, I have been playing the game long enough to expect what happened). I got around 50 5 dot health mods (initially the only one I could 3*) and leveled them all up to level 15. For less than 5 million credits. I had a full arena squad plus in mods for roughly 1/50 the credits it currently costs. In fact I feel guilty every time it costs 2-3 million to level up a new mod.
