Leviathan buff didn't change the Chimera fight
According to the post from the 22nd of August, CG was saying:

Based on Leviathan’s matchups with Chimaera and Profundity, the team has investigated and has found potential locations we’ll be adjusting to bring Leviathan more in line with our core vision of how the ship should interact with other Capital ships.
Once we’ve settled on the changes, we will make another post describing those adjustments.

Well, the buffs today made the Profundity matchup more difficult. If it is enough, that is hard to say. What it didn't do was change anything at all about the Chimera fight. You can still, quite easily, beat Leviathan with Chimera. It honestly isn't even close.
So CG, if you really want to adjust the "core vision" of Leviathan to be the top of the hill, you are not done yet.
