Tldr fear isn't working. Maybe it's tied to the cleansing one+ debuffs issue or maybe they broke it when the 'fixed' the breech issue, but enemy units inflicted with fear by Leviathan take their turns as if they didn't have fear.

There's at least two bugs that Meathead hasn't added to his list of five that can be seen in Ahnaldt's day one testing video and at least the disappearing debuff bug is on EA bug reports.

If y'all could 'me too' the bus you're also experiencing in the bug Report it might prove that the ship is more broken than even a list of five day one bugs, and is much more likely to drive action than complaining on the forums.

This bug has already been reported and CG is aware of it.
