CG, you should be pairing the choice of LSHoth with DSGeo and DSHoth with LSGeo; a graduated schedule.

The way you have it guilds near the top but perhaps not ready for LSGeo are left choosing between beginner-TB or endgame-TB.

Seriously, change it.
