Well unfortunately, CG doesn't do anything with these issues anymore because it's all EA and their abhorrent customer service.  Don't expect much.  Have you tried to do a refund through Google Playstore or apple's store? 

If you didn't get what you tried to purchase, do a refund through google or apple.  If CG doesn't want to run their store correctly, that's not your fault, it is theirs.

Was done through there we store, but paid through PayPal. PayPal will sort it if I have to go down that route.

Better than what I got which said the case was closed as I received crystals and if I have any other problems with the purchase contact them again; which I did, and was told by a different “help” member there’s no issue as it’s resolved.

if they acknowledged they’d screwed up, I would have just thought, fine, they screwed up with the Naboo raid Jedi bundle and got it sorted eventually, they’ll sort this. But I keep getting told I’ve had equivalent value, case closed.

The best response I have received from EA HELP is to let me wait. There was even a customer service who just listed out the characters from the LSB and then immediately closed the chat. 

The issue I’m experiencing is that they have charged but did not send me the Jawa bundle, and the next day I received the LSB in the MAIL, but as I opened it, it turned to crystals. And also I have tried to purchase the Hutt LSB but for some reason the purchase was unsuccessful and now the bundle is not available in the store ever since. Now that three days has passed and no feasible solution was proposed.
