Lightspeed bundles

I will never understand why they hide them in game  and have none currently on the webstore. You can get 7 or 8 r5 toons on the resistance bundle for 9.99 and 10 r5 and 7  7* ships for 19.99 on the raddus bundle. Both bundles would be great for conquest and both arenas for newer players but ea just wants to sell era toons and $30 lightspeed tokens at the webstore.
