Loadout Cap / Loadout Image

same in a new thread, no problem. the loadout limit is 200, this is far to few for someone without hotutils and noone should be forced to use 3rd party tools. otherwise please add a mod default ...

Firstly, you don't really need to be moving mods on *all* of your characters. At best you should only need like 100 loadouts. Secondly, no, it is very unlikely that CG responds to this. They their mod UI is awful, though to their credit they've tried to make it better (and it is definitely much better than it used to be). I don't expect it to ever not be awful.
