Loaned Character catch up?
Any plans to give players a way to catch up their loaned characters. For the past 7-8 years I’ve been a pretty big whale and going into this current era the communication was pretty sub par.
I typically buy any bundles available to quickly boost my marquee then immediately 7 star with crystals. I know many people sit at 6 and slowly work to 7. Due to the nature of one of the materials in previous eras being in the final tier I wanted access at all times to T7 of the marquee. (Zarek Ability Modules)
May 5th I’m ready to go. As usual need to be fast so ERA toons coming out are GAC lockout ready. Want to make use of the free crystals attached to the kessel rewards, so hop in the store as soon as roll over occurs (2pm est for me). Immediately buy bundle I. Refresh multiple times and don’t find a bundle II. Odd, but ok not the first time something isn’t in the store. Buy the episode pass plus and all materials available. Pop in game and finish raising to 7 stars (using a 12 pull) and level up as far as I can go. Then start modding and prepping the previous ERA toons just released.
Somehow in this process I locked myself out 14 borrowed levels. I don’t know where or how (the assumption is the 100 shard pack and I never claimed the free episode pass plus pack before 7*s). It’s been impossible to push into the top 10, which has been at the cost of 1500 era currency every day, with the first day not being able to break into the top 30.
While the 12 levels will be somewhat negligible, even over 14 days that’s 14x1500 currency I’m losing with no option to make up those levels when they are ABSOLUTELY critical. Not only this but due to not being able to push as far in the coliseum there are no access to level up bundles. My ERA character falls further and further behind. Had there been communication saying that you can effectively lock yourself out of these levels I would never have rushed to SUPPORT with continued financial investment. CG_SBCrumbCG_Meathead
