Locked mode?

Anyone know what the locked mode is to the left of the mod store and directly under guilds on the main home screen? Trying to post a pic of it, but not sure how to do it from my phone. Thanks all.

I believe it is just a space holder for future content. There used to be one where ships and guilds are currently.

Conquest issue
I am having a problem finishing the first level of easy conquest. None of the enemies die. They all stay on minimal health regardless of attack. Am I doing something wrong?

Conquest - Enemies are invulnerable/won't die
In conquest 3 I cannot beat bad batch. It keeps going to low health and they are invulnerable.
