Locked out of Ship and Mod Battles

Shard member had same problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling worked for him

I dont understand how you can be locked out?

He showed a vid. Clearly upper left corner said lvl 85 but clicking on ships said must be lvl 60 to unlock.

That looks pretty bad

Was easily fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the game though
