Logray

He is farmable, he's in the guild store.

I never see him in there.

Guess I'll have to pay a little more attention to it

He's tough to catch for sure, I've gone days without seeing him.

He shows up all the time for me, I’ve gotten around 30 shards just this week.

He shows up every 4 days for me. I have been grinding him since c3po first came and I am now 40/100. He is such a long grind.

There’s been a couple of threads on this and it’s been established that the drop rate varies for some of the characters in the guild store slots. Logray apparently having the lowest ahead of Jyn Erso. I wasted A LOT of crystals refreshing as he was never there. Tbh even if they offer a 50 shard pack in the store when 3po next comes round I’m not sure I’ll have enough so just concentrated on getting the others (i.e all except Teebo) decent as Logray’s desirable but not essential to 7* 3po. Best bet is to go for him in the credits/crystal store when he shows up there too - it hurts the crystals but 16 shards is good when it could take ages or many more crystal refreshes to get an equivalent 15 shards in the guild store.
