I do Stalwart Advance first and most often basic Vader to death after, but Heroes Arise helps to keep Jedi’s Will buff. TBH I’m not sure why you are having trouble. Your modding should be enough to complete it. Maybe slightly more speed could help (around 210ish vs your 194)?

Speed doesnt matter, luke start any way, if his speed is under vaders, vaders speed will be reset to lukes thanks to his lead. ;) you will see the blue buff on vader if it happens.
